Canadian Reality TV Next Week (Sept. 28–Oct. 4, 2026): Traitors Ep. 2, Baking Show Returns

Bottom line: next week's Canadian reality schedule has The Traitors Canada Episode 2 on Monday, Sept. 28 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CTV, MasterChef Canada on Tuesday at 7 p.m., and the Season 10 return of The Great Canadian Baking Show on CBC on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. The busiest night is Wednesday, when Survivor, The Amazing Race and The Floor all land on Canadian channels.

Last week was all about premieres. This one is the first regular week of the fall, plus one Canadian season opener and one American finale that Canadians have followed on Global for years.

PT is each network's own west-coast listing. CBC shows air at 8 p.m. local in every region. On an Eastern feed, add an hour for Atlantic time and 90 minutes for Newfoundland.

What time is The Traitors Canada on Monday, Sept. 28?

10 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. PT on CTV. That's the slot on Bell Media's Season 4 announcement and on the show's Bell Media page, and it's the hour the premiere aired on Sept. 21.

You may see 9 p.m. elsewhere. TVmaze's episode list has Episode 2 at 9 p.m., but the same entry puts it on the wrong weekday, so we're sticking with CTV's own listing. CTV hasn't released a title or synopsis for the episode yet.

The 22 players from the premiere are all on our Season 4 cast list, and past winners are on who has won The Traitors Canada. The extended cut reaches Crave on Tuesday.

Is MasterChef Canada on Tuesday, Sept. 29?

Yes, at 7 p.m. ET/PT on CTV, the same slot as last week's premiere. Bell Media lists 11 episodes this season, so Tuesday is the second of 11.

Episode 1 opened with Gordon Ramsay setting a Beef Wellington test, and our premiere results page tracks what's been confirmed so far. CTV hasn't described the second episode.

Why is Wednesday, Sept. 30 the night to plan around?

Three competition shows collide on two networks. Global has Survivor 51 from 8 to 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, its first regular 90-minute episode after last week's two-hour opener.

CTV has The Floor at 8 p.m., then the Season 39 premiere of the American Amazing Race at 9:30 p.m. That last one is a Wednesday, not the Tuesday slot the Canadian version used all summer.

By our count that's 3.5 hours of reality from 8 p.m. on one night, and Survivor overlaps both CTV shows. The Canadian channel for each US show is in Watch Canada On Air's Survivor page and its Amazing Race page.

When does The Great Canadian Baking Show come back?

Sunday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. local on CBC. It's Season 10, and CBC lists nine episodes.

CBC Gem posts new episodes of its fall premieres at 9 a.m. ET on the day they air, so the Baking Show should be up on Gem that morning. It's the only new Canadian reality season starting next week.

What's on Thursday, Oct. 1?

Two finales and a pitch show. Global airs the Big Brother 28 finale at 8 p.m. ET/PT, with Drew, Taylor and Devens left in the house going into the week.

That could be Global's last Big Brother night. Bell Media said on Sept. 22 that the American series moves to CTV and Crave from summer 2027, alongside its own Big Brother Canada revival hosted by Andrea Bain of The Social. Casting is open now, and our Big Brother Canada page has the background.

Also at 8 p.m.: The Traitors: New Blood on CTV2 and Dragons' Den on CBC, Episode 3 of Season 21.

How much Canadian reality airs next week?

Four new Canadian episodes by our count: one each of The Traitors Canada, MasterChef Canada, Dragons' Den and The Great Canadian Baking Show. That's two more than the week of Sept. 21, when the two CTV premieres were the only homegrown airings.

US reality adds seven more airings on Canadian channels, led by Wednesday's pile-up. Last week's list is still at Canadian reality TV Sept. 21–27, and every weekly schedule sits under This Week.

Which US reality shows air on Canadian channels next week?

Two we couldn't pin down. Citytv's regular slot for Dancing with the Stars after its Wednesday, Sept. 16 opener isn't on any listing we could check, and Hell's Kitchen's broadcast home is listed as CHCH by Channel Canada but not confirmed by a network. Hell's Kitchen episodes do reach Crave on Fridays.

What about Top Chef Canada and Canada's Drag Race?

Not next week. Top Chef Canada Season 13 starts Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Flavour Network and STACKTV, with host Eden Grinshpan and three returning chefs whose names stay secret until the premiere. Our Top Chef Canada page has the judges and new names.
