Top Chef Canada Season 13 Premiere Date: When It Starts, Where to Stream and Who's Judging
Corus finally put a date on it. After months of “this fall” with nothing attached, the Wednesday, Sept. 23 release pins Top Chef Canada's 13th season to a Tuesday in late October, the same night of the week the show used last year.
It's also the last of CTV and Corus's big homegrown cooking shows to get a slot. MasterChef Canada already started on Sept. 22, so for about two months Canadian food-competition fans get both kitchens on Tuesdays, three hours apart.

When does Top Chef Canada Season 13 start?
Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Flavour Network. Corus's release and Channel Canada's copy of it give the same day and hour, and both describe STACKTV as the exclusive streaming service.
That's six days later in the calendar than Season 12, which opened on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025. The ET/PT tag means 10 p.m. local on both coasts, so B.C. doesn't get it at 7.

We haven't filled the middle rows because Corus hasn't. Most providers carry an East or a West Flavour feed, so the prairie time depends on which one you get.
Where can I stream Top Chef Canada in Canada?
On STACKTV, and nowhere else at launch. Corus lists the ways in: Amazon Prime Video Channels, the Bell Fibe TV app, Fubo, and Rogers Xfinity TV and Xfinity Streaming.

Who is judging Top Chef Canada Season 13?
The panel is unchanged at the top. Eden Grinshpan hosts again, and Janet Zuccarini, Mark McEwan and Mijune Pak are the resident judges. David Zilber sits in for the finale only.
The guest list is long. Corus names Daniel Boulud, May Chow, Gregory Gourdet, Rob Rossi, Jessica Rosval and sushi chef Masaki Saito. Sophie Grégoire Trudeau appears too, as do Toronto Tempo players Marina Mabrey and Brittney Sykes for a challenge built around the WNBA team.
Season 12 winner Coulson Armstrong comes back as a guest judge in the premiere. Channel Canada's copy of the release carries the same detail.
How many chefs are on Top Chef Canada this season?
Twelve: nine newcomers and three alumni back for another shot. Corus calls the returning trio a franchise first, and it hasn't named them in the release.

Where was Season 13 filmed?
Partly in Quebec. The release mentions challenges in Charlevoix and Quebec City, including a stop at Restaurant Tanière³, a two-Michelin-star room whose co-owner François-Emmanuel Nicol is among the guests.
Other themed rounds named in the release: a Lunar New Year challenge, the Toronto Tempo cook-off, and Restaurant Wars as the last elimination before the finale.
Is Top Chef Canada: The Dessert Table part of this season?
Not as its own show yet. Corus's fall slate listed Top Chef Canada: The Dessert Table as a spin-off, and the Season 13 release mentions it again, but no standalone premiere date has been published.
