PT is the west-coast station's own listing, checked against CTV's Vancouver feed. CBC puts its Thursday and Sunday shows on at 8 p.m. local, 8:30 in Newfoundland. CTV's other stations set their own hours: The Traitors Canada starts at 9 p.m. in Winnipeg, 8 p.m. in Calgary and 8 p.m. on CTV Atlantic; MasterChef Canada is 10 p.m. in Winnipeg, 7 p.m. in Calgary and 7 p.m. in the Atlantic provinces. Anywhere else, check local listings.
What time is The Traitors Canada on Monday, Oct. 5?
10 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. PT on CTV. That's the slot Bell Media gave the show for the whole season, and CTV's own schedule feed has it at 10 p.m. in Toronto and Vancouver this Monday. It's the third Monday of Season 4, which opened on Sept. 21.
The night is crowded. CTV's schedule has Tracker at 7 p.m. and The Voice from 8 to 10 p.m. ET before it, so the Traitors episode closes CTV's Monday prime time. Our results page for Sept. 28 covers who was banished last week, and the Season 4 cast list has the full player roster. Past winners are on who has won The Traitors Canada.
Is MasterChef Canada on Tuesday, Oct. 6?
Yes, at 7 p.m. ET/PT on CTV, the same hour it has had since the Sept. 22 premiere. Bell Media lists 11 episodes for Season 9, so Tuesday is number three.
Our Sept. 29 results page tracks who is left. Judges Mary Berg, Hugh Acheson and Craig Wong are back, and the season setup is on our Season 9 guide.
When is The Great Canadian Baking Show on this week?
Sunday, Oct. 11 at 8 p.m. on CBC (8:30 in Newfoundland), and on the free CBC Gem. Season 10 started on Oct. 4, and CBC lists nine episodes, so this one is the second.
CBC's other Canadian reality hour that week is Dragons' Den on Thursday at 8 p.m. Its Season 21 has 16 episodes and began on Sept. 17.
What else competes for your Wednesday and Tuesday nights?
Wednesday, Oct. 7 is the night to plan around. Global has Survivor 51 from 8 to 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, and CTV has The Floor at 8 p.m. followed by The Amazing Race at 9:30 p.m. Survivor overlaps both CTV shows, so anyone following all three has to pick or catch up later.
Tuesday is quieter on the Canadian side but busy on the US side: Citytv airs Dancing with the Stars at 8 p.m. ET, and CTV2 carries The Voice's second weekly episode in the same hour. If your provider carries both, Watch Canada On Air's Voice page explains which channel gets which night, and its Dancing with the Stars page covers the Citytv simulcast.
How much new Canadian reality is there next week?
Four episodes by our count, one each from The Traitors Canada, MasterChef Canada, Dragons' Den and The Great Canadian Baking Show. That matches the week of Sept. 28, which had the same four.
US reality adds more airings on Canadian channels than that, listed below. Last week's schedule is still at Canadian reality TV Sept. 28–Oct. 4, and every weekly list sits under This Week.
Which US reality shows air on Canadian channels next week?
| Day | ET | PT | Canadian channel | Show |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mon, Oct. 5 | 8–10 p.m. | 8–10 p.m. | CTV; Crave next day | The Voice |
| Tue, Oct. 6 | 8–10 p.m. | 8–10 p.m. | CTV2 | The Voice, Tuesday episode |
| Tue, Oct. 6 | 8–10 p.m. | Check local listings | Citytv | Dancing with the Stars, live with ABC |
| Wed, Oct. 7 | 8–9:30 p.m. | 8–9:30 p.m. | Global; STACKTV | Survivor 51 |
| Wed, Oct. 7 | 8 p.m. | 8 p.m. | CTV | The Floor |
| Wed, Oct. 7 | 9:30 p.m. | 9:30 p.m. | CTV | The Amazing Race, Season 39 |
| Thu, Oct. 8 | 8 p.m. | 8 p.m. | CTV2 | The Traitors: New Blood |
One caution on the last row: CTV2's listing doesn't say whether Thursday's New Blood is a new episode or a repeat, and CTV itself shows football that evening, so look at your guide before planning around it.
What about Top Chef Canada and Canada's Drag Race?
Neither is on next week. Top Chef Canada Season 13 starts Tuesday, Oct. 20 on Flavour Network, according to Corus, and our Top Chef Canada page has the details. Canada's Drag Race Season 7 still had no premiere date when we last checked on Friday, Oct. 2.
The full fall calendar, rechecked every weekday, is on our Canadian reality premiere dates page, and the services that carry each show are in our where-to-watch guide. For the dramas, films and streaming drops of the same week, Watch Canada On Air's weekly list has them.
Frequently asked questions
Is The Great Canadian Baking Show free to stream?
It streams on CBC Gem, which CBC describes as free in its Season 10 announcement. Episodes air on CBC at 8 p.m. on Sundays.
Where can I catch up on The Traitors Canada and MasterChef Canada?
Both go to Crave the day after they air on CTV. Bell Media says its whole fall schedule streams next day on Crave.
Why is the Atlantic time different?
CTV's Atlantic stations program their own evenings. CTV Atlantic lists The Traitors Canada at 8 p.m. AT this week, which isn't a simple one-hour shift from Toronto's 10 p.m.
